Technical Operations Analyst

About the Role

We're looking for a Technical Operations Analyst to sit at the intersection of our go-to-market engine and the systems that power it. You'll own the operational backbone behind how we track revenue, manage deal flow data, and keep our internal tooling running cleanly as we scale.

This isn't a "pull reports and send them around" role. You'll be hands-on with our CRM, billing systems, and data pipelines — diagnosing issues, building automations, and making sure the numbers our team makes decisions on are trustworthy. You'll work closely with sales, finance, and product to connect the dots between what's happening on the platform and what our internal data says.

What You'll Do

• -Own and maintain our revenue operations stack (CRM, billing, analytics tooling) and ensure data integrity across systems
• -Build and improve automations, workflows, and integrations that reduce manual work and keep our go-to-market motion running smoothly
• -Develop reporting and dashboards that give leadership clear visibility into pipeline, revenue, and operational health
• -Partner with finance on billing accuracy, revenue recognition, and reconciliation processes
• -Investigate and resolve data discrepancies, broken integrations, and system issues as they arise
• -Document processes and build playbooks so that operations scale with the team, not just with you
• -Collaborate with product and engineering to flag platform data needs and advocate for internal tooling improvements

What We're Looking For

• -3–5 years of experience in revenue operations, technical operations, business operations, or a similar analytical role at a startup or high-growth company
• -Strong working knowledge of CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and comfort administering and customizing them
• -Experience building automations and integrations (Zapier, Tray.io, or scripting with Python/SQL)
• -You're the kind of person who sees a broken spreadsheet and can't leave it alone — you care deeply about data accuracy
• -Comfort with ambiguity; you can take a loosely defined problem, scope it, and ship a solution without waiting for someone to spec it out
• -Strong communication skills — you'll be translating technical system behavior into plain language for stakeholders across the company

Nice to Have

• -Experience in fintech, venture capital, or fund administration
• -Familiarity with financial data, billing systems, or revenue recognition concepts
• -Experience with BI tools (Looker, Metabase, Sigma, or similar)
• -Background working with compliance or regulated data environments

Compensation

$120K–$155K base salary, plus equity and a performance bonus. Exact compensation will depend on experience and location.
