Software Engineer

About the Role

We're looking for a Software Engineer to build the platform powering billions in private market volume. You'll work across the full stack — from the investor-facing product to the deal execution, fund administration, and compliance systems that run underneath it.

This is a high-ownership role on a small, talent-dense team. You won't be handed narrowly-scoped tickets; you'll take ambiguous problems spanning finance, software, and on-chain infrastructure and ship them end-to-end. The surface area is large and the leverage is real — the code you write directly moves money and closes deals.

If you like owning features from the database to the UI, care about correctness in systems where mistakes are expensive, and want to move fast without breaking the things that matter, we'd love to talk.

What You'll Do

• -Ship full-stack features across the platform — from investor onboarding and deal pages to internal operations tooling
• -Design and build the systems that execute deals, track capital, and generate investor and tax reporting at scale
• -Work with our on-chain infrastructure to keep the ledger of investments accurate and verifiable
• -Partner closely with operations, compliance, and finance to turn manual, error-prone workflows into reliable software
• -Own reliability for the surfaces you build — instrument, monitor, and fix issues before they reach customers
• -Move quickly on ambiguous problems: scope it, build it, ship it, and iterate against real usage

What We're Looking For

• -3+ years building and shipping production web applications end-to-end
• -Strong with TypeScript and a modern React framework (Next.js or similar), plus comfort across the backend and data layer
• -You care deeply about correctness — in a system that moves money, you reach for the invariant, the test, and the edge case
• -Comfort with ambiguity; you can take a loosely-defined problem, scope it, and ship without waiting for a spec
• -Clear communicator who can work directly with non-engineers to find the real problem behind the request

Nice to Have

• -Experience in fintech, capital markets, or fund administration
• -Familiarity with blockchain / on-chain systems and smart contracts
• -Experience with real-time or reactive data stores (Convex, Firebase, or similar)
• -Background working in regulated or compliance-heavy environments
• -You've been an early engineer at a startup and have shipped 0→1

Compensation

$150K–$220K base salary, plus meaningful equity and a performance bonus. Exact compensation will depend on experience and location.
