What we don't do

Seed Labs is a full-service solution at the level of the deal entity. Most notably, Seed Labs does not manage the Manager/Advisor entity and compliance. You may be responsible for the below:

Term sheet legal review	We do not review, underwrite, or guarantee the terms for investments that you guide your deal to make on Seed Labs.	Independent counsel.
