Some deals on Seed Labs supports multiple capital calls.

Terminology

• Commitment: The total amount of money that an investor has committed to the deal, including management fees, expenses, etc. This is the number that is shown on the invest page. Investors will be sending no more than this amount throughout the lifetime of the deal pursuant to the deal's Operating Agreement.
• Capital Call: A request from the General Partner to the investor to fulfill a portion of their commitment. The sum of all capital calls will never exceed the investor's commitment.

How to fulfill a capital call

Once you have committed an amount to a deal, the General Partner will create a capital call schedule for you. This will be made available to you on the deal's invest page:

You will be instructed to fulfill your commitment to the deal against the capital call schedule.

You can fulfill your capital call using any payment method the General Partner has made available to you— wire, ACH, or stablecoin.
